The Psychebabble Foundation Fellowship (PFF) offers an immersive eight-week program designed for emerging mental health leaders throughout Africa. Open to undergraduates, graduates, and young professionals, this fellowship combines the expertise of seasoned mental health professionals with hands-on mentorship to empower the next generation of mental health advocates.

Program Overview:

Duration: August 03 – September 21, 2024

  • Peer-to-peer discussions and breakout sessions
  • Hands-on mental health education projects
  • Personalized feedback & support

Eligibility Criteria:

  • African residents aged 18-30
  • Passionate about mental health and sustainable development
  • Committed to leading mental health initiatives
  • Able to dedicate at least 3 hours per week to the program


  • Internship and volunteering opportunities
  • Free therapy sessions
  • Certificates of completion
  • Mentorship across various specialties
  • Membership in the practicing psychology community

Proposed Outcomes: Participants will:

  • Develop as mental health advocates and leaders
  • Execute mental health education projects
  • Learn effective communication strategies
  • Create local and global impact

Certification: Participants who complete the program and required projects will receive a certificate and become Psychebabble Foundation Change Agents.
